In short

This site is the digital archive of a private art collection. It does not sell anything, does not profile visitors and does not use tracking cookies. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to write to us.

Who is responsible

Collezione Liverani, a private collection based in Forlì, Italy. For any question about your data, write to collezioneliverani@gmail.com.

What data we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the reason for writing and the content of your message. There are no other forms on this site, and no account to create.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and diagnostics. We do not consult them to identify individual visitors.

Why we use it, and for how long

Solely to read your message and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering someone who contacts us. Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as the exchange remains useful, and deleted on request.

We never use your data for marketing, we do not build profiles and we do not sell or share it with anyone for commercial purposes.

Who else is involved

To keep the site running we rely on a few technical providers, each acting only as a processor on our behalf:

  • Vercel — hosting of the site;
  • Cloudinary — storage and delivery of the artwork images;
  • our email provider — delivery of the messages sent through the form.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by European law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to its use. One email to collezioneliverani@gmail.com is enough. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
